The astral plane is sort of the middle ground between higher-level realities, lower level realities, and that is where CONTACT IS TAKING PLACE FIRST.

Coming into higher levels proximity with extraterrestrial beings will:

• Create shifts within your individual and collective consciousness
• Cause many different types of phenomena to occur
• Cause different levels of activations and shared collective experiences

And you are right now, as a collective, being bathed in these HIGHER FREQUENCIES that are coming from a variety of different extradimensional beings that are excited to interact with all of you.
As these energies build and eventually peak, contact will begin to express itself in ways that are more PHYSICALIZED.
