What you consider to be Sasquatch represents your human common ancestor.
There are different variations of this type of early hominid that you call Sasquatch. Some of these variations relate to the idea of Neanderthal, the idea of prehuman forms as well as what you consider to be Yetti, there are other terms as well for this type of prehuman hominid that are utilized in different cultures in different parts of the world.
They are talking about the idea of a similar concept a prehuman ancestor that was at a certain point genetically engineered by the beings that you know as the Annunaki to give rise to your species.
