This includes:

• All retreat sessions at Little Earth
• Guided visits to sacred sites with Maria Wheatley
• All entry tickets to sites
• Group transport throughout the retreat (minibus)
• Pick-up and drop-off from Glastonbury
• Nourishing meals at the venue
• Use of spa facilities at the venue

This does not include:

• Accommodation (see below)
• Travel from and to the airport
• Meals during off-site excursions

Accommodation

Accommodation is arranged separately and can be tailored to your preference.

You are welcome to:

• Stay on-site at Little Earth
• Book local accommodation (e.g. Airbnb)
• Commute from home (non-residential option)

Rooms at Little Earth are limited, and not all guests will be able to have a private room.

You can indicate your preferences in your application, including a request for a private room.

Allocation will be based on availability and individual needs.

How to Join

This retreat is intentionally kept small and curated to support a connected and harmonious group experience.

1. Apply

Complete a short application form so we can get to know a bit about you, your intentions for the retreat, and your preferences for the experience.

This retreat is open to all — whether you are already familiar with this work or completely new to it.

The application process allows us to ensure a well-balanced, respectful and supportive group environment, and to understand how we can best support each participant.

2. Connect

After receiving your application, we’ll arrange a short call with Tom.

This is a relaxed opportunity to connect, ask any questions, and make sure the retreat feels like the right fit for you.

3. Confirmation

If everything feels aligned, you’ll receive an email with next steps and payment details.

4. Secure Your Place

Your place is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.

Payment

Retreat investment: £2,222
A non-refundable deposit of £444 secures your place.

We recognise that everyone’s financial situation is different.

A small number of concession places are available for those who feel genuinely called to attend but may require financial support. If this applies to you, you’re warmly invited to reach out.

For those who feel able, there is also the opportunity to contribute a little extra, helping us make the retreat accessible to others.

Payment methods:

• UK participants: bank transfer (GBP)

• International participants: Wise (recommended for lower fees)

Booking & Cancellation

The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the retreat begins.

Payment plans are available for those who need them. We ask that payments are made consistently and in good faith, with all balances completed by the start of the retreat.

Cancellations:

• More than 8 weeks before the retreat:
→ Payments beyond the deposit can be refunded

• Within 8 weeks of the retreat:
→ Payments are non-refundable

Transferring Your Place

If you’re no longer able to attend, you may transfer your place to another suitable participant
(subject to approval).

If your place is filled we will refund your payment in full.
