Recognize that what you consider to be your genetics in many ways is evolving, is changing, is rearranging.

Your sciences are right now diving into a field of story that you call epigenetics which in many ways relates to the idea of how your DNA responds to the environment, how your DNA responds to different stimuli that you bring to it, your vibration your state of being is a certain stimuli that creates different types of genetic effects within your own structure.

So as you refine your frequency more, as you follow your passion in greater ways, in bigger ways that more powerfully represent the true you, your DNA then shifts, your DNA then changes and opens up to match the idea of the energy state that you are creating. You have the idea of certain genetic traits being passed down, being inherited and in a certain sense linearly speaking this is accurately.

How many of you create the idea of your body and your experience of your body over time? However, understand that even though this may sound a little deterministic ultimately as you use your autonomy to create energy states that you prefer in the moment, you shift the DNA, you change the DNA and you allow for your genetics to reflect different frequencies of ancestry. 

And you also allow for different traits within the genetics to open up and express themselves which may have previously been dormant, this may relate to the idea of different skillsets shared amongst your ancestors past on to you that were potentially dormant.
This might also relate to the idea of activating different extraterrestrial components within the genetics that relate to other types of skillsets, other types of abilities that are more off-world in nature, that are still very much a part of you and are very much a part of your capacities.

So recognize as you shift your frequency in the now, you shift the genetic frequencies aligning you with different versions of your ancestries as well as aligning you with different versions of your own genome. This also has a shifting effect in relationship to what you consider to be future-based parallel realities that are relevant to what you might consider to be your descendants.

In that sense, through shifting your frequency in the now you shift the future versions of earth that you are aligning with but not just your own personal future versions of Earth that you will experience, you are also giiving rise to the idea of the future based versions of the DNA that relate to your children that relate to your children's children so on and so forth.

We will also share exercises that relate to communion with the template level of reality. Understand, your genetics resonates very greatly with the frequency of the template level, so through communing with the DNA, through working with the DNA you have the ability to really alter the template because in a sense the DNA reflects the template level of your body, the template of how your consciousness expresses itself in physical reality.
